Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle — the whole car is yours. The price includes all passengers, luggage, taxes and tolls. There is nothing to add at the end of the ride.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing — we track your flight number and your driver adjusts the pickup automatically. Waiting for a delayed flight never costs extra.
Where do I meet my driver?
In the arrivals hall at Pula Airport, right after you pass through. Your driver holds a sign with your name and helps with your luggage.
How do I pay?
After the ride, directly to the driver — cash or card, whichever suits you. No prepayment and no deposit.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Just tell us the ages of the children when you send your request and we'll install the right child seats. The surcharge is €10 per seat.
My destination isn't on the list — can you still take me?
